  • Studio Reservations: Manage and oversee all studio reservations to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to the sound stage, sound recording space, and computer labs, working closely with the video coordinator and IT staff.
  • Alumni Resources: Manage and maintain alumni resources, including the Facebook network, job board, and interview coordination.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in film production, communications, or a related field.

  • Asset Management: Experience with Asset Management software (Cheqroom or equivalent).

  • Video Content Creation: Experience in the creation and editing of video content for digital use.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Self-Motivation: A self-starter who is capable of working with limited supervision and is willing to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite or online equivalent, including Canvas.
