Responsibilities
  • Develop Account Strategies: Create account plans to maintain and grow business by understanding the account's position in the market, product/service offerings, points of differentiation, and competitive landscape.
  • Build Relationships: Develop positive relationships with stakeholders within the account, identify business problems that can be solved with our solutions, and meet with clients and partners to develop strategy and outcomes.
  • Manage Customer Needs: Proactively remain connected to accounts and the market to access new search opportunities, ensure all viable stakeholders are engaged, and coordinate customer needs within internal departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required), Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Work Experience: 4-7 years B2B Field Sales Experience (Required), 2-4 years Telecom, Software or Technology experience (Required)
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Business Planning, Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude, Sales Growth, Communication, and Effective at managing account relationships
Salary and Benefits

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $115,900 - $209,100, inclusive of target incentives. Base Pay Range: $69,540 - $125,460. T-Mobile offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), employee stock grants, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays annually.
