Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Job Summary

The Customer Support Specialist will act as the first point of contact for our clients, assessing their needs and providing direct support to solve problems. This role requires self-directed action, exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with software testing and configuration
  • Develop and deliver training resources to clients
  • Troubleshoot user questions and issues
  • Manage customer support requests using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with the field science team to arrange software demonstrations
  • Respond to internal requests for support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support or technical role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of software applications and technical systems
