**Job Summary**
At Texas Thrift, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Driver Helper. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our collection and donation processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the driver in building, maintaining, and sustaining donation box and donation station sites for collections.
- Support the driver on two-man residential special routes, garage sales pickups, estates sale pickups, and fundraiser drive pickups.
- Assist with collection box and trailer site placements and removals.
- Help unload collections from truck(s) at the end of the routes.
- Maintain clean and orderly donation sites and routes based on company operational protocols and standards.
**Requirements:**
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
