The Walsh Group is a leading provider of construction services, seeking a skilled Senior Proposal Development Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced proposal coordinator who can effectively develop and manage proposals to win new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with proposal manager and team members to prepare high-quality proposals, including formatting, layout, technical writing, and proofreading.
  • Respond to external requests for prequals, qualifications, etc., and facilitate client presentation preparation, including slide deck development.
  • Research, write, and update information, including project descriptions, resumes, and other qualification materials.
  • Analyze RFQ/RFPs and edit proposal content for readability, consistency, clarity, and compliance with requirements.
  • Manage strong working relationships with staff to ensure proposal input is accurate, compelling, and timely.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or English.
  • 2-5 years of working experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (written and oral).
  • A good eye for visualization, layout, and/or graphic design skills to facilitate appealing and effective communication.
  • Proficiency in desktop publishing, presentation, and other marketing-related software.
