Odin Properties is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of property operations, with a concentration on leasing, marketing, resident relations, and community functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively and courteously with residents, associates, management, and guests to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Greet visitors and present the features and benefits of the apartment community in a professional manner.
  • Electronically distribute and follow-up on renewal notices to current residents to ensure timely renewals.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated inventory of apartments available to rent in the property management software system.
  • Assist with maintenance service requests with appropriate documentation and follow up daily to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain marketing initiatives to connect and engage residents, including posting announcements, photos, updates, and event information.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the community to provide a thorough and exceptional experience for residents or prospective residents.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in multi-family residential leasing.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment demonstrating strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and/or Rent Café CRM (or similar) software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
