Job Summary

The Director of Compensation will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of compensation programs that align with Epsilon's performance culture and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, support, and implement compensation programs that are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Work closely with the compensation team and leadership to provide support of existing compensation programs.
  • Develop and maintain a compensation structure/philosophy and classifications system.
  • Define job levels and families, compile market data, and establish pay parameters.
  • Manage and oversee large-scale initiatives involving cross-functional teams.
  • Participate, analyze, and interpret market data.
  • Complete special studies and recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or company pay equity.
  • Consolidate information and produce reports to be used for management decision-making.
  • Support communications and change management efforts of Compensation/HR.
  • Ensure proper documentation and audit processes are developed, approved, and followed.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in compensation.
  • Prior experience in consultative roles in mid to large-size technology corporations or consulting companies (over 500 employees).
  • Experience leading compensation programs and conducting high-level presentations.
  • Knowledge and experience with state and federal labor laws and regulations as it relates to compensation.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required: complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and graphs and charts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Compensation Professional certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
