Job Description

The Director of Compensation will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of compensation programs that align with Epsilon's performance culture. This includes designing, supporting, and implementing compensation programs that are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in compensation, with prior experience in consultative roles in mid to large-size technology corporations or consulting companies. They will be able to lead compensation programs, conduct high-level presentations, and have knowledge and experience with state and federal labor laws and regulations as it relates to compensation.

The Compensation Director will work closely with the HR COEs, Compensation team, and the business to validate and recommend new innovative approaches to compensation. They will also partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, HRIS, and business owners to implement processes, systems, and tools to improve compensation administration, communication, and analysis.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HRIS systems, advanced knowledge of Excel, and be able to maintain data integrity through attention to detail and accuracy. They will also be able to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines, and process, manipulate, and summarize reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, support, and implement compensation programs aligned with Epsilon's performance culture
  • Lead compensation programs and conduct high-level presentations
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, HRIS, and business owners to implement processes, systems, and tools to improve compensation administration, communication, and analysis
  • Maintain data integrity through attention to detail and accuracy

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in compensation
  • Prior experience in consultative roles in mid to large-size technology corporations or consulting companies
  • Knowledge and experience with state and federal labor laws and regulations as it relates to compensation
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
