POSITION SUMMARY:

The role is pivotal in steering the formulation of comprehensive category strategies and standardization across the Food and Beverage and Hospitality sectors through effective collaboration and communication. This position merges innovative thinking with strategic oversight, alongside financial and operational expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in managing expenditures across multiple locations in the F&B and Hospitality sectors.
  • Experience with procurement systems and the procure-to-pay process is essential.
  • Proficient in developing and interpreting reports utilizing business intelligence tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor, possessing strong organizational, time management, and project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, with a knack for effective interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and the ability to foster collaborative relationships throughout the organization.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, etc.) is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide both business and technical guidance.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate sourcing, property purchasing managers, and IT to ensure seamless access to and management of systems.
  • Support reporting requests and access based on business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain various dashboards in Ariba and distribute them as needed.
  • Oversee User Access Control, granting approvals for user licenses as necessary.
  • Manage the User Access Certification process to ensure all users with privileged access are authorized by management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Internal Audit inquiries.
  • Build and maintain all Approval Flow configurations.
  • Manage and configure all system exception parameters.
  • Assist with Enablement activities through reporting and follow-up.
  • Oversee vendor integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Conduct additional analysis and reporting as required.
  • Facilitate training and education for end users.
  • Manage supplier catalogs and guided purchasing within SAP Ariba.
  • Support the Ariba Intelligent Spend Business Network (ISBN).
  • Oversee the creation and execution of Supplier templates and projects.
