Compensation:
Salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of materials and services.
  • Manage and facilitate the bid proposal process, ensuring all documentation is precise and adheres to company policies.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with suppliers to guarantee the highest quality of goods and services at competitive prices.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in all procurement activities.
  • Administer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with construction and hospitality departments to support hotel renovation initiatives.
  • Utilize your Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPP) and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) expertise to enhance procurement processes and strategies.
  • Regularly assess and analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and technological advancements to ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of the company's procurement activities.
  • Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams, including finance and construction, to align procurement strategies with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within the finance, construction, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong experience in project management, bid proposals, and purchase order processes.
  • Proven experience in hotel renovations is advantageous.
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) credentials are preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement management software.
