Field Account Manager

As a Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling MRO supplies, janitorial/sanitation supplies, and additional products to customers in the Los Angeles/Orange County area. This role requires a strong understanding of facilities products and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and customer retention initiatives to enhance overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Generate a strategic sales call schedule and engage in face-to-face customer visits to identify opportunities and enhance sales revenue.
- Identify, develop, and maintain a pipeline of qualified, managed accounts to meet or exceed total sales and margin plan.
- Implement approved sales strategies to achieve targeted sales outcomes and foster valuable customer relationships.
- Utilize Salesforce reporting and data analysis to identify opportunities for sales and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Reside in the Los Angeles/Orange County area with reliable transportation.
- Account management experience within a given territory.
- Knowledge of facilities products, including hardware, electrical, lighting, and more.
- Proficiency in SAP/Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Self-motivated and eager to prospect (cold-calling).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position.
