Job Summary

Volt is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Diego, CA. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, pack, wrap, label, and ship orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, optimizing space utilization and adhering to safety protocols
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors and coworkers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, adhering to preventive maintenance schedules
  • Adhere to quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
Requirements
  • Ability to perform basic warehouse functions, including loading and unloading
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills or mobile device proficiency, including RF gun operation
  • Pass a background and drug screen
  • Forklift experience a plus
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM, with mandatory overtime on Saturday or Sunday

Compensation

$18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with pay range based on education, work experience, and other factors
