This position is responsible for the comprehensive oversight and management of a corporate real estate portfolio, which includes vendor coordination, property assessments, acquisitions, and disposals. The Supervisor will handle financial management related to properties, monitor portfolio performance, and assist with audits and various real estate issues. The ideal candidate should possess a solid grasp of real estate principles, financial and legal terminology, along with experience in personnel management and exceptional organizational abilities. This role offers a hybrid work environment with occasional travel obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily management of real estate interests and conducting due diligence for property acquisitions.
- Ensuring lease performance and maintaining data accuracy within the portfolio management system.
- Managing financial transactions related to bank properties, including tracking and payments.
- Assisting with internal and external audits of corporate real estate processes and providing expertise on real estate matters.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate acquisition, disposition, lease administration, or commercial property management -OR- a High School Diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Additional qualifications include experience with corporate/commercial leases and portfolio management, personnel management experience, and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include experience in property accounting and a background in corporate/commercial real estate auditing.
