The Supervisor will handle financial management related to properties, monitor portfolio performance, and assist with audits and various real estate issues. The ideal candidate should possess a solid grasp of real estate principles, financial and legal terminology, along with experience in personnel management and exceptional organizational abilities. This role offers a hybrid work environment with occasional travel obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the daily management of real estate interests and conducting due diligence for property acquisitions.
  • Ensuring lease performance and maintaining data accuracy within the portfolio management system.
  • Managing financial transactions related to bank properties, including tracking and payments.
  • Assisting with internal and external audits of corporate real estate processes and providing expertise on real estate matters.

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate acquisition, disposition, lease administration, or commercial property management -OR- a High School Diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Additional qualifications include experience with corporate/commercial leases and portfolio management, personnel management experience, and a valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications include experience in property accounting and a background in corporate/commercial real estate auditing.
