Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the final steps of the purchase process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Provide timely and accurate completed paperwork for successful processing, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Verify all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, and other relevant details.
  • Obtain and verify insurance, trade payoffs, and deposits, ensuring seamless transaction processing.
