We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Document Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Document Specialist, you will play a critical role in the smooth and accurate review of all paperwork required to complete vehicle sales at our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the final steps of the purchase process, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Provide timely and accurate completed paperwork for successful processing, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Verify all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, and other relevant details.
  • Obtain and verify insurance, trade payoffs, and deposits, ensuring seamless transaction processing.
