Job Description

This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in substance use disorders counseling and program management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of clinicians and support staff
  • Developing and implementing program strategies and initiatives
  • Maintaining partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders
  • Managing budgets and grant writing
  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
  • Valid QMHP credential or active status with an Oregon licensing board
  • CADC 2 certification for addiction services
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in substance use disorders counseling

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $79,062, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
