Job Summary

This position oversees the daily clinical and operational aspects of the Substance Use Disorder program. This includes managing contracts, service quality, staff deployment, community integration, and public relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops new programs in coordination with business and strategic plans
  • May maintain a small caseload based on program needs
  • Clinical supervision for direct reports
  • Partnership development with external organizations
  • Budget management and grant writing
  • Staff training and performance evaluation

Requirements:

  • Valid QMHP credential or active status with an Oregon licensing board
  • CADC 2 certification for addiction services
  • Demonstrated experience in substance use disorders counseling
  • LPC or LCSW license preferred

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $79,062, plus comprehensive benefits including health insurance and paid time off.
