Job Title: Hydraulic Systems Technician

Join HEICO as a skilled Hydraulic Systems Technician and contribute to the success of our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the disassembly, inspection, repair, and overhaul of hydraulic aircraft components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine, non-routine, and preventative maintenance on all parts of the aircraft according to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Silver Wings Aerospace regulations.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved technical data, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize appropriate inspection techniques and calibrated equipment for the unit/part being accomplished.
  • Record information and accomplish work assignments in compliance with the Inspection Procedures Manual and Quality Policies and Procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in the Aerospace field required.
  • Must read and write the English language.
  • Must be able to work as a Supportive mentor to Tech I II, helping with training and knowledge transfer.
  • Experience in industry with mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to troubleshoot most if not all problems in our processes and equipment.
  • Flexibility to work beyond 40 hours/week as required.
  • Represent strong familiarity to MRO production processes.
  • Computer skills: Windows skills mandatory, Quantum computer program skills.

  • Requires frequent walking, bending, stooping, climbing, and balancing.

  • Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to 50 pounds.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
  • Regularly required to use hands and fingers.
  • Works in moderate noise levels.
Protective Equipment Required:

Goggles, safety glasses, face shields, ear protection, aprons, gloves, respirators, breathing equipment per safety data sheet which will be provided by company.
