Job Summary

TREO STAFFING LLC is seeking a skilled Diesel Hydraulic Mechanic to join our team. As a Diesel Hydraulic Mechanic, you will be responsible for testing and inspecting hydraulic pumps, valves, and cylinders, as well as troubleshooting mobile and industrial equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hydraulic System Maintenance: Inspect and repair hydraulic pumps, valves, and cylinders to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot mobile and industrial equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues.
  • Field Service Calls: Conduct field service calls for various hydraulically-powered systems and machines to troubleshoot and repair.
  • Component Installation: Install hydraulic components onto in-house or onsite customer equipment.
  • Vehicle Inspection and Repair: Inspect and repair vehicles with diesel engines, including routine repairs such as oil and tire changes.
  • Diagnostic Testing: Interpret diagnostic test results accurately to determine the root cause of issues.
  • Reporting and Communication: Write detailed inspection reports and repair plans, and present them to clients for approval.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of trainees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other diesel mechanics to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Client Communication: Advise clients on repair options and costs, and complete test drives to ensure the vehicle runs correctly.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Follow all motor vehicle repair shop regulations and standards.
