- Staffing Coordination: Collaborate with employees to cover daily staffing requirements, secure coverage for vacant shifts, and manage open positions.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and complete daily nursing hours reports, calculate nursing hours, and maintain logs to meet PPD requirements.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with admissions daily to track census and admission/discharge status, and review daily punch detail reports to verify hours worked and identify trends.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum one year of experience in long-term care or medical settings preferred.
