Speech Language Pathologist Home Health Per Diem

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from illness, injury, or surgery, and regain their independence.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and training to patients and families on communication strategies and techniques
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- Current certification in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Home health experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Good communication and organizational skills
