Role Summary:
We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist to work with secondary school students. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and will be skilled in delivering a variety of services aimed at assisting students with communication challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
  • Design and execute personalized treatment plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Deliver direct therapy to students facing speech and language difficulties.
  • Collaborate with educators, school personnel, and families to address students' needs and monitor their progress.
  • Document and track students' advancements, modifying therapy plans as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and resources to teachers and parents on effective communication strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Preferred certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience with secondary school students is highly valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
