Job Summary

Almac Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Product Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of commercial product procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Management: Ensure timely placement of purchase orders, expediting order confirmations, and effective communication of supply issues to procurement specialists and product supply managers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Support the provision and filing of regulatory documents, such as COA, SOA, and T3.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Support the provision of adjudication and stability requests.
  • Quality Control: Resolve receiving queries and update trackers in a timely manner.
  • Process Improvement: Generate CAPA addendums and extensions, and close out follow-up actions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Complete daily review of the QC in Process report and coordinate resolution with CPPS.
  • Business Development: Support drug sourcing activities, including pricing and availability for non-key and strategic accounts.
  • Customer Service: Support CPPS in creating and reviewing customer-specific requirements (CSR) files.
  • Supplier Management: Create and maintain suppliers in Cosmos and SourceDogg.
  • Data Management: Assist with data capture for supplier KPIs, including recording internal information for tracker spreadsheets.
  • Business Operations: Organize business review meetings according to the schedule.
  • Regulatory Affairs: Create supplier questionnaires related to regulatory requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Capture and trend supplier quality issues and expedite investigation reports.
  • Supplier Performance: Support CPPS in maintaining supplier TA's and MPA's according to the review schedule.
  • Performance Metrics: Capture monthly trending data to support PQS management and regulatory reviews.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a purchasing administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability: Ability to follow written work instructions while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience generating, placing, and expediting orders with suppliers.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of an Oracle-based inventory system.
  • Customer Service: Customer service and client relations experience.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
