Job Title: Loan Participations Officer

Univest Corporation of PA is seeking a skilled Loan Participations Officer to join our Loan Operations Team in Souderton, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our loan participation portfolio, ensuring seamless onboarding, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage loan participation portfolio as originating and participating bank
  • Act as lead point of contact for participating bank relationships
  • Facilitate communication between participating bank representatives, internal commercial banking teams, and borrowers
  • Analyze current processes for areas of improvement and make recommendations for best practices
  • Compile statistics and evaluation reports to inform strategic decisions
  • Provide education and support to other Loan Operations teams to foster teamwork and growth opportunities
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years finance, loan operations, or commercial lending experience
  • Detailed understanding of loan and banking products and services
  • Advanced understanding of financial accounting concepts
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
