Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Participations Officer to join our Loan Operations Team in Souderton, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing loan participation portfolios, facilitating seamless onboarding, and resolving inquiries and disputes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage loan participation portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely processing of loan transactions and settlements.
  • Act as a liaison between participating bank representatives, internal commercial banking teams, and borrowers to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Analyze current processes and make recommendations for best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compile statistical reports and provide strategic evaluations of data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive procedures to reinforce bank policies, operational processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide education and support to other Loan Operations teams to foster teamwork and growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, loan operations, or commercial lending.
  • Detailed understanding of loan and banking products and services.
  • Advanced understanding of financial accounting concepts.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
