  • Business Partnerships: Collaborate with senior leadership and business partners to understand overall goals and objectives, identify key business challenges, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and drive business growth.
  • People Development: Build and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Project Scope: Own complex projects end-to-end, managing risk and ensuring successful implementation.
  • Model Development: Develop data models and algorithms to drive business results and value.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems, and support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with functional leadership and cross-functional teams to develop consultative solutions for complex projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
  • 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field, or 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
  • Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
  • Statistical programming languages (e.g., SAS, R).
