As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to managers, team members, and client families, including answering phone calls, scheduling, creating and proofing correspondence, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, fielding questions, and interacting with families in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software programs to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and financials related to receipt books, deposit policies, and receivables.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in a small business office environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Salary: Estimated $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
