- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in the digital marketing industry
- Extensive subject matter expertise in E-commerce, paid media, and digital advertising, and the challenges of marketing measurement and attribution
- Demonstration of consistently meeting quarterly sales quotas
- Experience working with CRMs such as Hubspot or Salesforce
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to apply value-based messaging frameworks as part of client discovery and pitches
