**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Truck/Stocking Team Member at our Albany-North Greenbush, NY store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their purchases, find products, and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Provide a fast and courteous checkout experience and handle cash transactions according to company standards.
  • Inform customers about the benefits of our rewards program and assist with enrollments.
  • Notify customers about our Voice of the Customer (VDC) survey.
  • Assist with omnichannel processes, including AEL/REM (buy online, pick up in store) and EXP/M (ship from store) orders.
  • Participate in truck unloading, merchandise display, and planogram (POG) processes.
  • Responsible for maintaining a well-organized store environment, including receiving and processing merchandise, restocking shelves, and general housekeeping.
  • Perform stock optimization in-store (OSEM) and sales floor tasks as assigned.
  • Support loss prevention and safety programs.
  • Follow company procedures and programs to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, implement company policies and standards.
  • Interact with colleagues in a respectful and positive manner, remain positive and respectful even in challenging situations, promote engagement with the company's vision and values, project a positive image, and serve as a role model for others.

Total Base Pay Range for this Position:

$17.70
