Job Summary

Community Renewal Team is seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to manage the WIOA Out of School Youth Program. This role involves overseeing program operations, providing case management services, and collaborating with community stakeholders to deliver employment services and vocational training to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day program operations, including supervision of program staff
  • Conduct intake, assessments, and deliver services consistent with HSI/STEPS standards
  • Provide case management services to clients, including employment services and vocational training
  • Collaborate with community stakeholders to secure work experience opportunities for clients
  • Develop and implement Individual Service Plans for clients
  • Ensure all activities are documented accurately and are readily available for review
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in human services or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in collaboration with a variety of service providers
