Insurance Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Business Development Representative. As a key member of our office, you will play a crucial role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our team to educate customers about insurance options and market appropriate products and services.
- Competitive hourly pay plus commission/bonus structure.
- Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days).
- Opportunities for growth and advancement within our agency.
- Valuable experience in marketing and sales.
- Working closely with our agent to gain a deep understanding of the agency's role and operations.
As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will be an independent contractor who hires their own employees. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. By accepting employment with our agency, you are not guaranteed or promised any form of selection preference should you choose to leave our agency and pursue an opportunity with State Farm Insurance Companies. If you choose to pursue an agency opportunity, you will need to apply and go through the regular State Farm Insurance Companies agent selection process.
