We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team at Community Health Care. As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring their accounts are accurate and up-to-date, and facilitating referrals to specialty care and community resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to patients regarding their accounts, including setting up payment plans and answering billing questions
  • Process referrals to specialty care, dieticians, radiology exams, and community resources
  • Ensure copays and deductibles are adjusted based on patient's sliding fee level and review sliding fee paperwork for completeness
  • Answer billing questions from staff, vendors, and patients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma and at least one year of experience in a medical front office or a combination of relevant experience and education.
