Job Description

As a Delivery Engine Business Strategy Manager at Microsoft Corporation, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our consulting business by managing a portfolio of professional services offerings. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills to bridge between organizations and ensure our consulting business is positioned within our collective catalog to drive towards customer value realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead core offering management activities between the Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) and Customer Solution Areas (CSA) teams.
  • Drive roadmap alignment and manage the governance process to onboard and publish ISD delivery option offerings onto a company-wide solutions catalog.
  • Integrate applicable refiner business rules for ISD offerings into an internal sales recommendation engine.
  • Work with key ISD stakeholders to drive a consistent framework that enables onboarding of new offerings while rationalizing these against the full catalog.
  • Manage a consistent process with ISD offering owners that results in coordinated alignment across critical business and enablement review stakeholders for the publication and release of new program solutions.
  • Drive the alignment of sales revenue taxonomy, ensuring it is implemented within the catalog and enabled within all downstream systems.
  • Oversee and manage the continuous validation for offer data quality, data accuracy, and consistency across the portfolio.
