Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate hardware replacement requests and categorize them according to service types.
  • Create and manage service tickets and orders within our internal systems.
  • Oversee the client hardware asset management database, ensuring accurate records of devices and warranties.
  • Maintain the software asset management database, updating user access levels and information.
  • Assist in resolving escalated customer inquiries received via email.
  • Keep service tickets updated with relevant project information, including stock and order updates.
  • Monitor outbound shipments through our internal business intelligence system.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures for service engagements.
  • Help identify and document standard operating procedures and job aids.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.

Attendance:
Employees are expected to be present at the designated work location to fulfill the responsibilities of this role.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in Customer Service or Administrative support.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
  • Basic software proficiency and typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and concentration.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional project and customer support.
  • Dependable self-starter with the ability to oversee projects from initiation to completion.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new applications and tasks.
  • High degree of accuracy in performing repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Compensation:
Hourly wage ranges from USD $19.23 to USD $23.85.
