We are Attensi, a global leader in gamified simulation training, seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Professional and Financial Services team in Boston. Our company has grown exponentially since 2012, with training solutions used by global brands in over 150 countries and 50 languages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow relationships with new and existing clients to ensure they derive maximum value from our products.
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Account Directors, and Product Teams to identify new growth opportunities for clients.
  • Map organizational challenges, training needs, and co-develop solution content and proposals to drive customer growth and retention.
  • Translate complex technology principles and hierarchies to key stakeholders, enabling operational decisions and execution.
  • Communicate customer challenges to internal teams, driving new feature and product development aligned with market requirements.
  • Measure and communicate impact, value, and success with the support of our data and analytics team.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success position, preferably with enterprise clients.
  • Previous experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating large, complex accounts.
  • Experience working in or with the professional and financial services industry is preferred but not required.
  • Experience interacting with technology stacks and software solutions is preferred.
  • Strong ability to extract meaningful insights from data and leverage them to influence customer performance.
