About the Role

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue targets for an Aegis Living community. This role will work closely with the Marketing Director to execute sales and marketing strategies, develop business relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct tours of the community with prospective families and close sales to secure new resident move-ins
  • Participate in community events and family events to build relationships and promote the community
  • Conduct proactive outreach to the local community to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain referral partner relationships with local physicians, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities
  • Understand rental agreements and negotiate terms and conditions
  • Record all sales activity in the CRM tool and engage with reactive leads within 12 hours
  • Develop strong relationships with sister communities to encourage referral activities
  • Attend and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings as required by management
  • Develop a working knowledge of operations, nursing, and care in the community to articulate to families during the sales process
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience
  • Maintain professional working relationships and promote open communication with internal departments
  • Support prospective families with the move-in process and create a positive experience
  • Assist with model room and respite room setups
  • Travel as necessary for outside sales calls and industry events
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a service-related industry
  • A 4-year college degree or a 2-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, sell, and influence internal personnel
  • Thorough experience with professional selling skills and a consistent track record of achieving targeted sales results
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge, primarily with Microsoft Office products and various CRM tools
Compensation

Minimum salary: USD $75,000.00/Yr.

Maximum salary: USD $80,000.00/Yr.
