Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Handle questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Monitor emergency pull cords and track resident status.
  • Manage resident lists, census information, and package notifications.
