  • Issue credit based on preset limits
  • Enter prescription information via Data Entry to schedule cases
  • Responsible for billing and invoicing all finished cases
  • Responsible for properly packing all completed cases

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental environment or call center
  • Excellent computer skills, including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products

Working Conditions:

  • Perform tasks at multiple workstations, standing and sitting for extended periods of time
  • Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds
