Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical assistance to facilitate the onboarding and setup processes for a significant number of newly acquired employees.
- Assist in the configuration and establishment of email accounts and multifactor authentication for incoming staff.
- Quickly and effectively resolve technical issues related to onboarding procedures.
- Work closely with the IT department to ensure the smooth integration of new personnel into existing systems and workflows.
- Keep detailed records of completed tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and protocols.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to employees with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Prior experience in IT support or a related area is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with email configuration and multifactor authentication systems is beneficial but not required.
- Must comply with health and safety protocols as per company policy.
