Job Summary

A compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist is needed to support our client's mission to improve mental health care in Brighton.

This temp-to-hire position combines front-desk responsibilities (80%) with medical assisting duties (20%), requiring a strong understanding of healthcare procedures and excellent communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $64,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesFront-Desk Duties:
  • Patient registration and scheduling
  • Cash handling and financial transactions
  • Phone reception and customer service
Medical Assisting Duties:
  • Assisting with treatments and therapies
  • Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
  • Providing emotional support and patient education
Skills and Qualifications
  • Medical secretary experience or training in medical assisting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
