Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Service Technician to support our operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective functioning of our chemical feed systems and the safe transfer of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a safe working environment by actively participating in safety initiatives and addressing any safety concerns.
  • Conduct routine testing and monitoring at client sites, including necessary data documentation.
  • Engage with clients to identify any issues related to chemicals or equipment, relaying information to the account manager or support engineer.
  • Oversee product inventory at client locations, managing deliveries and offloading to storage tanks, including conducting inventory audits and ordering supplies.
  • Adjust chemical feed rates to optimize performance based on regular testing and feedback from the account manager or support engineer.
  • Notify the site manager or support engineer of any challenges or opportunities, initiating troubleshooting as needed.
  • Perform in-depth testing of process variables to identify potential dosage enhancements or mechanical impacts.
  • Specify, set up, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring and feed equipment.
  • Collaborate with site teams and clients to ensure the highest program performance.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work in industrial settings with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Prior experience in the water treatment sector.
  • Proficiency in repairing small pumps, including diaphragm, gear, progressive cavity, piston, and centrifugal types.
  • Experience in plumbing, including installation of plastic piping and threaded metal fittings.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
  • High safety awareness and the ability to adhere to safety protocols.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Team-oriented mindset to meet client expectations and resolve complex technical issues.
