Position Overview
We are seeking a Site Manager for a designated account in the Texas City area. This role is primarily focused on sustaining business relationships at the customer site while identifying further opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative program control advice that adds value to our clients.
- Concentrate on maintaining and increasing revenue at the customer site.
- Evaluate treatment programs and processes (cooling, boiler, wastewater treatment) to ensure effective applications through routine testing and monitoring, leading to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee site projects and priorities, ensuring ownership of the expected service levels, while developing and nurturing business relationships.
- Manage daily activities and prioritize projects and responsibilities effectively.
- Support and develop the site team.
- Conduct annual business reviews.
- Manage customer inventories on-site, including coordinating orders and deliveries.
- Foster and strengthen business/customer relationships.
- Implement necessary training programs to ensure comprehensive understanding of operations at territory plants and new customer sites.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for new opportunities under the guidance of the Area Manager, including documenting ROI and maintaining an accurate sales funnel in SFDC.
- Ensure profitability of assigned accounts.
- Review territory applications and processes for potential safety enhancements.
- Preferred degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in water treatment.
- Demonstrated sales success with strong technical and selling capabilities.
- Experience in providing field customer support, including technical, operational, and laboratory expertise.
- Familiarity with industrial water and utility operations.
- Goal-oriented individual capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Experience in team management.
