Position Overview
We are seeking a Site Manager for a designated account in the Texas City area. This role emphasizes maintaining existing business relationships while identifying further opportunities for growth within the client’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative program control advice that adds value to our clients.
- Focus on sustaining and expanding revenue at the client site.
- Evaluate treatment programs and processes (cooling, boiler, wastewater) to ensure effective applications through routine testing and monitoring, leading to client satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee site projects and priorities, ensuring the expected service level is met while developing and nurturing business relationships.
- Manage daily activities and prioritize projects and responsibilities effectively.
- Support and develop the site team.
- Conduct annual business reviews.
- Oversee customer inventories on-site, coordinating orders and deliveries.
- Maintain and strengthen business/client relationships.
- Facilitate necessary training programs to ensure comprehensive understanding of operations at the territory plants and new client sites.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for new opportunities under the guidance of the Area Manager, including documenting ROI and maintaining an accurate sales funnel in SFDC.
- Manage the profitability of assigned accounts.
- Review territory applications and processes for potential safety enhancements.
- A degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water treatment.
- Demonstrated sales success with strong technical and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in providing field support with technical, operational, and laboratory expertise.
- Familiarity with industrial water and utility operations.
- Goal-oriented individual capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Experience in team management.
