Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team at Wellnest. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to advancing our mission of providing exceptional mental health services. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with hiring managers to design and implement processes that support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Recruitment Plans: Create tailored recruitment strategies based on program needs, workforce analyses, and staffing goals.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Selection: Identify, screen, select, and hire the most suitable candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to develop high-quality job descriptions, customize recruitment plans, and establish effective interview techniques.
  • Employment Branding and Marketing: Develop engaging marketing campaigns to expand our talent pool reach locally and nationally, while maintaining a strong online presence through our website and social media platforms.
  • Applicant Tracking Systems and Job Boards: Manage internal and external job postings, source platforms, and talent pools to attract qualified candidates.
Requirements:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: A minimum of three years of recruiting experience, preferably in the mental health sector.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Must possess a valid CA driver's license and insurable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Knowledge: Experience embedding a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens into recruitment, selection, and hiring practices.
  • Behavioral and Structured Interviews: Ability to conduct behavioral and structured interviews effectively.
Salary:

$85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
