We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance and Risk Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with audit and compliance tasks, ensuring that our organization meets regulatory requirements. This role will work closely with various departments, including Business Risk Management and SaaS Ops, to ensure compliance with SDLC policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and conduct tasks such as collecting evidence and crafting responses for internal and external audit inquiries.
- Create essential reports to ensure compliance and continuously review them to identify and correct potential issues proactively.
- Work alongside Business Risk Management, SaaS Ops, and other relevant departments as needed.
Requirements:
- B.S. or B.A degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a regulated industry, preferably Finance.
- Strong organizational abilities, dedicated to meeting deadlines and expectations, while maintaining high standards of delivery.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with the confidence to interact effectively across all tiers of the organization.
- Innovative problem-solver, tenacious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Strong grasp of project management methods, tools, and practices.
- Effective collaborator - cultivate robust working relationships with all levels of the engineering team.
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, DevOps, and basic SQL query development is advantageous.
