Senior Manager of Financial Reporting

RSA Security is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting to lead the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial statements.
The successful candidate will develop and maintain internal controls that support the financial reporting process, including systems utilized in the financial reporting process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing financial management reports and filing them with relevant stakeholders
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of financial reporting policies, procedures, and key assumptions to support internal controls and audit readiness
- Working with other departments to ensure regulatory/statutory financial compliance in all jurisdictions
- Maintaining confidentiality of financial data
- Analyzing financial performance, variances, and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting and 5 to 7 years of Public Accounting or equivalent experience. Prior experience with completing the annual Audit is preferred, as well as proficiency in automated accounting systems (NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
