Medical Customer Service Representative Job Summary

Ajilon is seeking a skilled Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls from patients, providers, or insurance companies. Your duties will include managing equipment orders from order entry to delivery, answering product questions, and troubleshooting with patients. You will also process orders with ERP and perform insurance verification. Additionally, you will act as the primary point of contact for referrals and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, or insurance companies
  • Manage equipment orders from order entry to delivery
  • Answer product questions and troubleshoot with patients
  • Process orders with ERP
  • Perform insurance verification
  • Act as the primary point of contact for referrals
