Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Low Observable Materials Engineer to join our team at RTX. As a key member of our Airframes, Radar Structures, & Advanced Materials team, you will be responsible for material and process development, characterization, and system-level integration in support of all Raytheon product lines and new business.

Key Responsibilities

* Material performance predictions and measurement tests of developmental and production systems.
* Perform material measurements of constitutive and RF attenuation properties and generate predicted material performance using Computational Electromagnetic Codes (CEM) tools.
* Work in integrated product teams to incorporate advanced signature control techniques into deliverable products and aid in the assessment of system performance.

Requirements

* Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
* Eight (8) years of Low Observables or Radar materials engineering experience OR Five (5) years with related experience and advance degree.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
* High temperature LO materials characterization, testing, and integration

What We Offer

* Competitive salary range: $96,000 - $200,000
