Low Observable Materials Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Scientist to join our team at RTX. As a Materials Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced materials solutions to reduce the radar cross-section of our products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science and engineering, with expertise in radar absorbent materials and electromagnetic signature reduction. You will work closely with our team of engineers and researchers to design, develop, and test new materials and technologies.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement advanced materials solutions to reduce the radar cross-section of our products
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to design, develop, and test new materials and technologies
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new materials and technologies that can be used to reduce the radar cross-section of our products
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to source new materials and technologies
- Master's degree in Materials Science or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in materials science and engineering
- Expertise in radar absorbent materials and electromagnetic signature reduction
- Strong background in materials science and engineering
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
