About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our Gas Services division, you will be responsible for providing technical services for our combustion turbine-generators and associated auxiliary systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commissioning and start-up of turbine-generators and auxiliary systems
  • Troubleshooting and repair of equipment
  • Combustion dynamics tuning and emissions optimization
  • Metrology and alignment services for turbine-generators
  • Modal analysis and vibration analysis for steam and combustion turbine-generators
Requirements
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
  • 5 years of proven experience in the Power Generation or Oil and Gas Industries
  • Advanced knowledge in one or more of the following technical areas: commissioning, combustion dynamics tuning, metrology and alignment, modal analysis, vibration analysis, and turbine-generator startup and operations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software, particularly Excel and Word
