Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Provide personalized support and guidance to customers throughout their purchasing journey.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage and maintain the inventory of new and used vehicles, ensuring they are properly displayed and easily accessible to customers.
    • Coordinate the transportation of loaner vehicles to and from customers as needed.
  • Lot Maintenance
    • Ensure the dealership's lot is well-maintained, clean, and organized, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
    • Perform daily tasks such as fueling, merchandising, and assigning vehicles to optimal locations.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Assist with weekly inventory audits and refresh new vehicle deliveries as needed.
    • Support the experience managers with various tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Valid driver's license.
